Marc Louria
(he/him)
Marc Louria is a screenwriter, story consultant, and creative educator. He worked as a writer at Pixar Animation Studios and helped develop the Oscar-winning film Ratatouille. He has optioned numerous screenplays, been a Sundance Screenwriting finalist and Nicholl Fellowship semifinalist, and was delighted to have one of his short stories appear next to Samuel Beckett in the 20-year anthology from Spectrum Literary Magazine. His philosophy as a member of the writing faculty at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco was to encourage emerging writers to believe there was something artistically greater in them than they ever thought possible.
