Growing up, Natalie never dreamed of being an author, believing them all to be uniquely powerful sorcerers. Prompted by her own heritage, she studied Russian and Eastern European Studies at the University of Oxford and has worked in Singapore and Sydney, where she still lives with her partner and two children.
